§ 27-3.2-9. Fees.
(a) Notwithstanding any provision of the general laws to the contrary, there is established
            a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per annum for the period commencing July 1, 2002,
            and ending on June 30, 2003, which shall be paid by all persons licensed pursuant
            to chapter 2.4 of this title, and shall be deposited as general revenues.
         
(b) Notwithstanding any provision of the general laws to the contrary, for the period
            commencing July 1, 2003, the fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per annum, which shall

§ 27-3.2-9. Fees.

(c) The fee for approval of a course or program to qualify as a course of continuing education shall be sixty dollars ($60.00), which shall be paid at the time of application and shall be deposited as general revenues.
