§ 27-29.1-9. Severability.
If any provision of §§ 27-29.1-1 — 27-29.1-8, or the application of those sections to any person or circumstances is held invalid,
            the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of §§ 27-29.1-1 — 27-29.1-8 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application; to this end
            the provisions of §§ 27-29.1-1 — 27-29.1-8 are declared to be severable.
