§ 27-29.1-2. Requirement for availability and accessibility of pharmacy services.

In accordance with § 23-17.13-3 [repealed], an insurer must demonstrate to the director of health the willingness and potential ability to ensure that pharmacy services will be provided in a manner to ensure both availability and accessibility of adequate personnel and facilities and in a manner enhancing availability, accessibility, and continuity of service.
