§ 27-29-17. Application.
Sections 27-29-17 — 27-29-17.4 shall apply to commercial property insurance policies, commercial liability insurance
            policies, commercial package policies, commercial excess or umbrella policies, and
            commercial auto policies. These sections shall not apply to reinsurance, aviation
            insurance, workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance, multistate location
            risks, or policies subject to retrospective rating plans.
