§ 27-20.6-6. Rules and regulations.
The director of the department of business regulation shall promulgate rules and regulations, using the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) coordination of benefits model regulations as a guideline, that shall address:
(1)The necessity or reasonableness,
or both, of administrative penalties by entities subject to this chapter;
(2)Other
procedures that may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
