§ 27-20.6-4. Failure to comply.
The failure of any insurer to comply with a written request for reimbursement within
            forty-five (45) days of receipt of the request shall result in the imposition of interest
            upon the amount of money due at the rate of one percent (1%) per month from the date
            the request for reimbursement was made until the date payment is made.
