§ 27-20.6-2. Coordination of information.

Every insurer issuing contracts for healthcare coverage that contain a provision for the coordination of benefits shall exchange information with respect to those contracts with other insurers as may be necessary to coordinate benefits in order to avoid duplication of payments for the same healthcare services rendered.
