§ 27-20.2-12. Holding company systems.
All of the provisions of chapter 35 of this title apply to corporations organized
            or licensed pursuant to this chapter. Any approval granted by the director pursuant
            to chapter 35 of this title shall not supersede any other approval under Rhode Island
            law relative to mergers or other acquisitions of nonprofit optometric service corporations
            in their capacity as Rhode Island charitable nonprofit corporations.
