§ 27-20-15. Itemized bills for services rendered.
Upon completion of medical services under the provisions of this chapter, each provider
            of those services shall upon request provide a copy of an itemized bill to each patient;
            provided, that nothing contained in this section shall apply to any hospital operated
            by the state of Rhode Island, its departments, or agencies.
