§ 27-2-21. Report and prosecution of violations.

The insurance commissioner shall report to the attorney general any violation of the provisions of this chapter that shall come to the commissioner's knowledge. The attorney general shall institute the proper legal proceedings, in the name of the state, against any person violating any provision.
