§ 27-2-12. Review of refusal to issue or renew license.
A company aggrieved by the refusal of the insurance commissioner to issue or renew
            a license may within ten (10) days from the date of the refusal file a petition in
            superior court for the county of Providence for a review of the action, which shall
            be heard and determined in the same manner as is provided under chapter 13 of this
            title in the case of a petition filed after the revocation or suspension of a license.
