§ 27-18-3.5. Non-applicability.
Sections 27-18-3.1 — 27-18-3.5 shall not apply to dental plans offered by any health maintenance organization, its
            parent, or subsidiary, which as of December 31, 1985, was licensed or had filed an
            application for a license, under the laws of this state.
