§ 27-18-12. Less favorable provisions prohibited.
No policy provision that is not subject to §§ 27-18-3 — 27-18-10 shall make a policy, or any portion of a policy, less favorable in any respect to
            the insured or the beneficiary than the provisions of the policy that are subject
            to this chapter.
