§ 27-17-23. Exchange of workers' compensation insurance.
Employers are expressly authorized to exchange contracts of workers' compensation
            insurance, at any reciprocal exchange licensed in this state to do that kind of business,
            but all these exchanges shall be subject to the provisions of the laws of this state
            relating to the business of workers' compensation insurance.
