§ 27-17-15. Reports and examination of affairs of exchanges.

The attorney shall, within the time limited for filing the annual statement by insurance companies transacting the same kind of business, make a report under oath to the commissioner for each calendar year in any form the commissioner may prescribe, showing the financial condition of the affairs at the office where the contracts are issued, and shall at any reasonable time furnish any additional information and reports required by the commissioner.
