§ 27-16-2.4. Severability.
If any provision of §§ 27-16-1.1 — 27-16-2.6 or the application of any of these provisions to any person or circumstances is held
            invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the
            act which can be given effect without the invalid provision and to this end the provisions
            are declared to be severable.
