§ 27-16-14. Severability.
If any provision of §§ 27-16-3 — 27-16-14 or the application of any of these provisions to any person or circumstances is held
            invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the sections
            which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this
            end the provisions of §§ 27-16-3 — 27-16-14 are declared to be severable.
