§ 27-16-1.3. Restraining order.
Whenever the commissioner believes, from evidence satisfactory to the commissioner,
            that any insurer is violating or about to violate the provisions of § 27-16-1.2, the commissioner may, through the attorney general of this state, cause a complaint
            to be filed in the superior court to enjoin and restrain the insurer from continuing
            the violation or engaging in it or doing any act in furtherance of it. The court shall
            have jurisdiction of the proceeding and shall have the power to make and enter an
            order or judgment awarding any preliminary or final injunctive relief as in its judgment
            is proper.
