§ 27-14.5-2. Jurisdiction, venue, and court orders.

(a) The court considering applications brought under this chapter shall have the same jurisdiction as a court under chapter 14.3 of this title.

(b) Venue for all court proceedings under this chapter shall lie in the superior court for the county of Providence.

(c) The court may issue any order, process, or judgment that is necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of this chapter. No provision of this chapter providing for the raising of an issue by a party in interest shall be construed to preclude
