§ 27-12.1-5. Revocation of certificate of authority.

The commissioner may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew the certificate of authority of any insurer failing to file its annual or quarterly statement when due or within any extension of time that the commissioner, for good cause, may have granted. The commissioner may exempt diskette filings from domestic insurers that operate only in Rhode Island.
