§ 27-12-4. Penalty for refusal to answer interrogatories.
Every insurance producer who shall refuse or neglect to answer any interrogatories
            required under § 27-12-3 for the space of thirty (30) days, and continues to act as an insurance producer,
            shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in § 27-2.4-14.
