§ 27-10.1-3. Independent status required.
All persons, partnerships, corporations, or individuals engaged in the motor vehicle
            physical damage appraisal business shall operate separate and apart from any body
            repair shop, or motor vehicle repair shop, of any new or used automobile dealership.
            Those engaged in this business shall retain a permanent established address affording
            themselves to the general public during normal business hours.
