§ 27-10-7. Exemptions from examination.

(a) An individual who applies for an adjuster license in this state who was previously licensed as an adjuster in another state based on an adjuster examination shall not be required to complete the examination. This exemption is only available if the person is currently licensed in that state, or if the application is received within twelve
