§ 27-10-4. Veteran's license.
The commissioner shall issue a license as an insurance claim adjuster, other than
            for life and accident and health insurance, without the payment of a fee, to any honorably
            discharged soldier, sailor, or marine who has at any time served the United States
            in time of war, and who shall present proof that he or she is the person who served
            and provides the certificate of his or her honorable discharge.
