§ 27-1-33. Exempted arbitrage transactions.
The provisions of §§ 27-1-30, 27-1-31, 27-1-32, and 27-1-34 shall not apply to foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions unless made in contravention
            of the rules and regulations that the commissioner may adopt in order to carry out
            the purposes of §§ 27-1-29 — 27-1-36.
