§ 27-1-27. Severability.
If any provision of §§ 27-1-23 — 27-1-26, or the application of those sections to any person or circumstances is held invalid,
            the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of §§ 27-1-23 — 27-1-26 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application; to this end
            the provisions of §§ 27-1-23 — 27-1-26 are declared to be severable.
