§ 27-1-20. Temporary injunction.
The citation may also contain a temporary injunction against the corporation and all
            of its officers, restraining them from proceeding in any business of the corporation,
            except under the direction of the court, which injunction unless removed shall continue
            until the complaint is finally disposed of.
