Text

(a)Evidence of violation.--In cities of the first class, if a vehicle is found in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, prior to the removal of the vehicle, a towing and storage agent shall take digital photographs that clearly show all of the following:
(1)The vehicle's license plate.
(2)The violation for which the vehicle is being towed or removed.
(3)The posted sign, if any, identifying that unauthorized stopping, standing or parking is prohibited where the vehicle was found and that unauthorized vehicles will be towed or removed.
(b)Towing and storage agent responsibilities.--Prior to accepting payment for the towing and storage of a vehicle, upon request of the owner or lienholder of the vehicle, the towing and storage agent shall provide, without charge, a printed
