§ 4624 — Failure to appear
Pennsylvania·Title 51 MILITARY AFFAIRS·Part PART III·Ch. 46 UNIFORM DEPLOYED PARENTS·Subch. JUDICIAL PROCEDURE FOR GRANTING CUSTODIAL
The failure of a deploying parent to appear in court due to deployment shall not, by itself, be sufficient to justify a modification of an order concerning custodial responsibility.
