Text
A copy of an agreement entered into or power of attorney made under this subchapter shall be filed within a reasonable time with a court that has issued an order regarding custodial responsibility or child support which is in effect concerning the child who is the subject of the agreement or power. The case number and heading of the pending case shall be provided to the court with the agreement or power.
