§ 8382 — Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Community-based organization."Any group affiliated with or organized for the benefit of one or more communities or neighborhoods, or any group organized to benefit the quality of life in a residential area. "Controlled substance act."The act of April 14, 1972 (P.L.233, No.64), known as The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. "Drug-related nuisance."The use of any property, in whole or in part, which facilitates or is intended to facilitate any violation of the act of April 14, 1972 (P.L.233, No.64), known as The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, or similar act of the United States or any ot
