§ 5522 — Power to lease
Pennsylvania·Title 20 DECEDENTS, ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES·Ch. 55 INCAPACITATED PERSONS·Subch. POWERS, DUTIES AND LIABILITIES OF GUARDIANS
A guardian may lease any real or personal property of the incapacitated person for a term not exceeding five years after its execution.
