§ 58-704 — Citation must contain what.

Citations must be directed to the person to be cited, signed by the judge; and issue under the seal of the court, and must contain: 1. The caption of the proceeding.
2.A brief statement of the nature of the proceeding.
3.A direction that the person cited appear at a time and place specified.
