§ 58-184 — Bond insufficient - Citation on personal knowledge of

judge. When it comes to his knowledge that the bond of any executor or administrator is, from any cause, insufficient, the judge of the district court, without any application, must cite him to appear and show cause why he should not give further security, and must proceed thereon as upon the application of any person interested.
