Text
county clerk. On the effective date of this act, the records, funds and powers and duties relating to the filing of mechanics' and materialmen's liens in the office of the court clerk in each county of this state shall be transferred to the office of the county clerk. The county clerk shall thereafter exercise all such powers and duties formerly performed by the court clerk relating to such liens.
