Text

Punishment. Any person convicted of selling, disposing of or removing property covered by a lien not subordinate to that person’s interest, arising under Sections 91 through 102 of this title or Section 1 or 2 of this act without either obtaining the written consent of the owner of the lien or making provision adequate to satisfy the lien, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six (6) months or by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
