holders. It shall be the duty of the holder of the lien under this act when same is satisfied to immediately file a notice of discharge thereof with the register of deeds of the county wherein the lien is filed. Failure to do so shall subject the holder of the lien to a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
