Text

The Ohio expositions commission may make such rules for the payment of premiums to exhibitors as it considers in the best interests of the state and consistent with the purposes of sections991.01to991.07of the Revised Code. Premiums shall be paid out of the Ohio expositions fund or out of any other revenues available to the commission and shall be considered a part of the costs of holding fairs, expositions, or exhibitions. Junior fair premiums shall be paid out of the Ohio expositions fund.
