Text
There is in the state treasury the Ohio expositions support fund. All gifts and bequests of money accepted under division (B)(3) of section991.03of the Revised Code shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the fund. Investment earnings of the fund shall be deposited into the fund. The Ohio expositions commission may use the fund, consistent with the terms of the gift or bequest, to defray the cost of administration and of carrying out the purposes of sections991.01to991.07of the Revised Code.
