(A)Whoever violates section981.11or981.13of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(B)Whoever violates section981.12of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C)Whoever violates section981.14of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
