Text
No person shall use or attempt to use a trade-mark, adopted as required by sections981.01to981.04, inclusive, of the Revised Code, by a person, firm, or corporation dealing in timber, without the written consent of the owner thereof. Whoever violates this section shall be liable to the owner thereof for all damages sustained thereby.
