Text
(A)The adjutant general is the custodian of all military and other adjutant general's department property, both real and personal, belonging to the state.
(B)The adjutant general may make changes and improvements to military and other adjutant general's department property as the needs of the state and federal government and the exigencies of the service require. All improvements made upon that property belonging to the state, from moneys received either all or in part from the state or federal government, or both, become the property of the state, except as may be provided in an agreement and corresponding regulations by which the United States contributes to the cost of an improvement.
