Text

(A)The adjutant general at the time of appointment shall be a federally recognized officer in the Ohio national guard in the grade of colonel or above.
(B)The assistant adjutant general for army at the time of appointment shall be a federally recognized officer in the Ohio army national guard in the grade of colonel or above.
(C)The assistant adjutant general for air at the time of appointment shall be a federally recognized officer in the Ohio air national guard in the grade of colonel or above.
(D)The assistant quartermaster general at the time of appointment shall be a federally recognized officer in the Ohio army national guard in the grade of colonel or brigadier general, or any retired officer who has appropriate qualifications for the position, as determined by the
