Text

The adjutant general shall give bond in the sum of thirty thousand dollars to the state conditioned upon the faithful performance of the adjutant general's official duties; the assistant adjutant general for army and the assistant adjutant general for air shall give bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars; and the assistant quartermaster general shall give bond in the sum of twenty thousand dollars. If a surety bond is given, the premiums shall be paid out of funds appropriated for the surety bond. These bonds shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state. All other bonds given by the various officers of the Ohio organized militia shall be filed and recorded in the office of the adjutant general.
