Text

The board of county commissioners may employ a superintendent and such guards and attendants as are necessary for the safekeeping, proper working, and welfare of its convicts, and, in all other respects, shall make efficient the service contemplated in sections5147.01to5147.26, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
