Text
Except as otherwise provided in sections4921.32to4921.38of the Revised Code, a for-hire motor carrier engaged in the transportation of household goods in intrastate commerce:
(A)Is subject to Chapter 4921. of the Revised Code and to all other provisions of the Revised Code applicable to a for-hire motor carrier, including sections4506.22,4511.78,5502.01,5503.02, and5503.34of the Revised Code;
(B)Is not a public utility as defined in section4911.01of the Revised Code.
