Text
The public utilities commission shall adopt rules prescribing the manner and form in which a person shall apply for a certificate of public convenience and necessity under section4921.03of the Revised Code. The rules shall include a requirement that applications be made in writing on the blanks furnished by the commission and contain any information and certifications deemed necessary by the commission to carry out this chapter.
