Text
(A)Whoever violates section4772.02of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree.
(B)(1) Whoever violates division (B)(1), (C)(1), (C)(2), (D), or (E) of section4772.23of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, except that an individual guilty of a subsequent offense shall not be subject to imprisonment, but to a fine alone of up to one thousand dollars for each offense.
(2)Whoever violates division (B)(2) or (C)(3) of section4772.23of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of
