Text
As used in this chapter:
(A)"Certified mental health assistant" means an individual who, under physician supervision, provides mental health care by engaging in any of the activities authorized under section4772.09of the Revised Code.
(B)"Controlled substance" has the same meaning as in section3719.01of the Revised Code.
(C)"Drug database" means the database established and maintained by the state board of pharmacy pursuant to section4729.75of the Revised Code.
(D)"Medication-assisted treatment" has the same meaning as in section340.01of the Revised Code.
(E)"Physician" means an individual authorized under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery.
