Text
A license to practice as a certified mental health assistant issued under this chapter authorizes the holder to practice as a certified mental health assistant as follows:
(A)The certified mental health assistant shall practice only under the supervision, control, and direction of a physician with whom the certified mental health assistant has entered into a supervision agreement under section4772.10of the Revised Code.
(B)The certified mental health assistant shall practice in accordance with the supervision agreement entered into with the physician who is responsible for supervising the certified mental health assistant.
(C)Subject to division (D) of this section, a certified mental health assistant licensed under this chapter may perform any of the following services authorized by
